| Senior Yorkie Talker | Nothing wrong with mixed breeds dogs as they have made some of my best pets. Have u ever adopted a dog and saved a life from a shelter? Guess not. Millions of them out there(mixed breeds) I can post a pic if u like. Lol Last edited by lucky70; 11-02-2015 at 03:21 PM. |

| I get your question! I would think that if you mix a traditional Yorkie and a pure Biewer, there could be a variation in the colors of the pups. So if someone had such a pup mix, it may not be representative of all the color possibilities? Perhaps pics of the whole litter might give some idea of the color possibilities? If you have one or get one, it would be interesting to see what he or she turns out like. Last edited by dottiesyrky; 11-02-2015 at 03:39 PM. |

| Senior Yorkie Talker | Well the pic I saw of them they look just like traditional Yorkies for now... I am sure they will change like all Yorkies do as they get older. She only breeds biewer and traditional Yorkies and said it was an accidental breeding. She is unsure of what they will look like grown but they are cute now. She is selling them for $200 since they are a mixed breed. Thanks. |

| Thank you. It is interesting that the litter pups all look like Yorkies. I don't know what young Brewer pups are like, if they have some white on them? If so, are there any of the pups you saw with any white? Hope you get one and can see if it changes color with age. $ 200 seems a good price by the way. | I don't have a photo, and I'm not interested in debating the issue either. However, with my limited knowledge of genetics and my interests in the Biewers, I think it's difficult to say because it depends on how the genes will be expressed. Whether a pup looks like a Yorkie or a Biewer, no doubt it will be beautiful. |

| Senior Yorkie Talker | It is a coworker of mine and I didn't see any white on them in pics and she says they look exactly like traditional Yorkies. I am thinking of getting one and will post pics of my biggest sin ever a mixed breed dog lol. If I decide to get one. |

| I am sorry I did not mean to 'debate' the issue, but I was interested to see the results of the mix. And Lucky, as you have seen a whole litter I got even more intrigued. I really was not trying to start trouble! I don't think I ever suggested getting a mixed breed was a sin either! Of course they will be cute whatever they are! And I would still love to see pics as your baby grows up. |

| Senior Yorkie Talker | That was directed at scrapindee or whatever the name is not u Dottie. She was glad no one had pic of a mixed breed. I see on here lots of Yorkie mixes and its fine with me... I am not high and mighty and any dog will be treated equally in my household mutt or " pure bred". Last edited by lucky70; 11-02-2015 at 04:34 PM. |

| Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I have rescued dogs and provided puppies to those who I felt could benefit from them. I don't like seeing purebred dogs being bred together deliberately or as an oops breeding |

| Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Lucky 70. If that was my oops breeding I would not be selling the puppies. I would find homes for these puppies from folks who always wanted one but couldn't afford one. The purpose of breeding is to improve the breed, not produce puppies and make money. Breeders bring dog shows, agility, educational classes, dog training to the area. You can disagree with me all you want. It still isn't ethical. There are ways to not get pregnant or to not have puppies. |

| I want to add that seeing pictures of mixes no matter what the combination is will not really help tell you what the one you might get will look like. Lola is a yorkie pom mix and she looks like a fluffy yorkie with an amazing tail, she even has yorkie color markings, you can see a bunch of photos of her in my profile. Her brother was 100 % brown, did not look like a yorkie at all. Lola's back was a copper brown as a puppy but it changed to a bluish black if you goggle yorkie poms you come up with some very different looking combinations that look nothing like Lola, some look like foxes some look nothing like either breed. The same with morkies and all these other combinations. So honestly I would not look at adult photos I would just look at the puppies.
