I agree opps breeding is not something that should happen, but I don't think there is anything wrong with selling the puppies if she is honest about it. I also think if these are healthy pups $200.00 is a steal for a yorkie and biewer mix, plus I doubt she is making a ton of money selling a puppy for $200.00. Also as many have said here before if you can't afford to by a pup your can't afford to own one, so why would giving them away for free be such a good option.
