| Thanks, I hope you don't mind me posting my pics on your thread I know you were looking for pics of a different mix, but LOL I could not resist an opportunity to put pics of Lola up. While I realize this is a purebred site there still should be no shame in owning or being interested in a mix

she is almost 5, most of the pics were taken in the last 2 years it's probably the lighting, her face is more of a light beige blond than the golden tan. Her hair is fluffier and she even sheds a bit, but in clumps not on my clothes. when I brush her a lot more comes out on the comb than when I brushed my full bred yorkies. I will see if I have a naked picture I can post

| here is one when she was about 5 or 6 months old, you can see more of the pom in her then, look close and you will see her tail curled up, which is how the poms carry them. At first the tail horrified us since we were use to purebreds, but it has turned out to be one of her best features.

Just saw the one as a pup, she looks very Pom then!! How they change with age! Last edited by dottiesyrky; 11-03-2015 at 03:28 PM. |

My puppies are mostly sold as pets on a strict spay/neuter contract. Buyers do not get paperwork to transfer the dog into their name until I have validation of the surgery for the dog. | |

| Senior Yorkie Talker | Well since she is grown I am sure see will decide if she wants to have biewers and Yorkies if she so chooses... That's what I love about the usa freedom of choice, speech. A backyard breeder can have just one breed too by the way... Just in case your common sense didn't come into play again. |

| this thread has got me thinking more about the origins of the Biewer and the parti yorkie, found this interesting post in the yorkie talk library. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/bre...formation.html this one sentence really hit home, because who knows the next opps breeding or wrong colored pup might produce the next awesome new breed. "Mr. Biewer did get his first Tri-colored Yorkshire Terriers registered with VDH but they designated them "wrong color not for breeding". He wanted his adorable dogs to be shown, so he went in search of a club that would accept them as a separate breed because they could not be shown as Yorkshire Terriers. The ACH was the first club to accept them as a distinct and separate breed. The dogs were then registered as Biewer Yorkshire A la Pom Pon. They originally had docked tails but Germany passed a law against docking so the tails then remained long."

| Senior Yorkie Talker | I did also get several private messages that there was a couple on here that will blow things all out of proportion and not have relevant information on my original question. I see they were right on. End of my request and will open new thread with pics if I decide to get one of her beautiful pups and make them a part of my family. Thanks everyone. | Since you have seen the puppies/photos, I would say that if there is no white at all on them now...and it is likely they are 'carrying' piebald, they should not develop 'patches' of white later. If they have a teeny tiny bit of white or a few stray white hairs, etc., it may stay visible or you may not even notice the white. The ears may go up...some Yorkies never do, and the black may blue later, with the face possibly clearing to tan the same as would happen with a Yorkie. There is a chance the tail will curl over the back...my Brody (Yorkie) has a full tail that does and it is gorgeous how the long hair falls down over his rear...I love it! The hair texture may be different than a standard Yorkie, but I would think it will be nice. I think the mix will produce a super and gorgeous dog, and would take one in a heartbeat, as 'sibling' to my three sweet little Yorkie lovelies...LOL. I would be willing to make the drive, and the trip up and back would take me half a day from Florida. I do not think her price is the least bit unreasonable, and her honesty is almost unheard of today. I will be interested in your decision.
