| Senior Yorkie Talker | Dblain I agree she is making nothing off of the pups even selling them for $200... Anyone with common sense would know that. She also said she keep pups til 12 weeks and that doesn't even cover the puppy shots.... The bogus thing about scrapindee claiming she would give pups away is just that bogus when she charges a fortune for her dogs and if it wasn't all about the money for her why so expensive??? The shelter when u adopt a dog charges u wayyyy more than $200 adoption fee Also she could have been dishonest and said the pups were traditional and not mixes and charged the normal $1000 and up she normally charges. They look exactly like traditional Yorkies.. I applaud her honesty as most wouldn't have been so honest. I have been knowing her for years and she is an honorable person. | Senior Yorkie Talker | Dblain I agree it is hard to tell even when Yorkies aren't mixed as to how they will look when they get older. U gave a great example with your Yorkie Pom. But don't say u got a mixed breed. It's a sin lol |

| YT 1000 Club Member | I would so get one if you are interested! $200 is a great price and you pay for shelter dogs too, why not one from someone you know and they are being honest with you about what they are. A friend of mine has mixed puppies and is asking $150 for them and it is a good price as well even if they are a mix. She lets people know exactly what they are getting. 2 of them look exactly like Yorkies, but she lets people know what they are. I would love to see a picture if you do get one. I have 2 Yorkie mix puppies that look just like Yorkies. I have people argue with me saying they look like full Yorkies and I tell them I know their parents and they are a mix. They are the best puppies!

| YT 1000 Club Member | My friend's puppies are 5 weeks old and oh so cute! I got to cuddle them this past weekend when I was visiting. Hers are super social because she has 6 kids at her house and she has 3 dogs. I go and visit and take my 3 dogs there and my 2 kids. I do hope you get one if you are interested. It will make an awesome pet I am sure! I think the price is great because you are getting good bloodlines to work from in your puppy. I would get yours fixed of course, but like mine are, they came from 2 AKC dogs (just different breeds) and I think mine will remain very healthy. They are 8 months old and have not shown any signs of health problems. I know the parents of my puppies and I also know the grandparents on the Yorkie side. I can't wait to see pictures! I am so excited for you if you decide to get one.

| Senior Yorkie Talker | Mostly definitely about the spay/neuter thing. I am an advocate for it whether they are mixed or pure bred... Too many pure bred sitting in shelters and later killed. Will let u all know if I get one. |

![]() here you say Biewers are not a mixed breed unless you own a Biewer Terrier, what does that mean? Are Biewers different from Biewer Terriers? If so I am confused by that since the first ones were have said to have come from a litter of purebred yorkshire terriers where some piebold gene produced white spots, then they kept breeding to get more dogs with white spots. (I wonder how many of the original ones were inbred). So after a lot of white spotted yorkies came along Mr Biewer named this new breed after himself, but unless he was mixing in other breeds they all originally came from yorkies. I have a question for you or other Biewer breeders, since this just started in the late 80's do you ever wind up with a traditional colored yorkie out of a litter?

If I was like Mr Biewer and enjoyed breeding I might like to create my own breed as well. I would try to get more Yorkie Pom's like my Lola because many people would love to have a clone of her ![]() Oh by the way I looked at your web site and was flabbergasted to see you use information from Tanisha's Brenton's web site, she is probably one of the most hated people on Yorkie Talk and most here see her as a greeder breeder who thinks nothing of breeding a 3 lb dog and then lets it die when she can't afford a c section. I know what I speak of since I am a former member of her yorkie group and have seen her dogs. If I was you I would not want her name on my web site, it might make people think your were friends. | here are two where you can see her tail, we think that is from her pom side. That is one thing I really like about the Biewers is their tails are not cropped my favorite Biewer Galen has the most amazing tail.

| Your dog is beautiful, and very Yorkie like. Are the pics different colors due to lighting or at different ages of the same dog? I can't see any Pom in any of the pics, are any traits in your baby Pom like? Again a cute girl. Just saw your last post and it seems the tail is Pom!
