| cold, cold morning Today when we got up it was a blistery -10, with a wind chill of -30. Poor Lexi was a trooper going potty as fast as she could to get back inside. I don't think her jacket helped too much with this temperature. Even my Shih Tzu, who will hang out and play in the snow in 10 degree weather was not happy about going outside. |

| Brrrrr, it's 36 here in NJ right now and dropping with high winds. That probably doesn't seem bad to you but it was 60 yesterday and we enjoyed a 3.5 mile walk. This morning we had to shove them out the door with their coats on. Theydid their business and were back in and snuggled on the couch within minutes. I guess winter has finally arrived.

| When my kids were little I had a Yorkie. I got her in North Dakota, but she hated the cold and snow. I got her a sweater and she ran to the furthest part of the yard and shook it off. I tramped through the snow to get it. Next time she did the same thing, so I quit putting it on her. LOL I would let her out the back door and if I didn't watch her, she would turn around real fast and stick her head in the door with her other end hanging outside and potty on the deck. Haha!

| We were 21 early but is 35 now and very sunny. Loving this cold weather. Tibbe loves it, too. Just bounds out the door into the cool air and I have to practically make him come back inside. Wish we could stay this way until May! I got so sick of summer last year that I can't help but love this.

| Wow! That's cold! 5f (-13F with windchill) here in mid-Michigan. My furnace is kicking back on ten minutes after it turns off, just trying to maintain inside temperature. Everytime it kicks on, I'm picturing dollar bills flying out the window.

| Ugh! That's cold! That's just how we feel in Texas in the summer when the AC keeps coming on and the $$$ signs begin rolling in the backs of your eyes every time you hear it come on! Hang in there!

| Cold?????? Not that we are looking for sympathy BUT, it was -45C here in Winnipeg, Canada. Makes for a pretty tough Yorkie. I have to bring Sophie in or she would stay out there??????? I have new boots but a problem getting over all her fur. |

| Eeeek! I feel like a wimp complaining about 45 degrees -- but the wind makes it feel like 20. I don't want to go walking.

| -45C! I just can't imagine functioning in that temperature! How do vehicles start? Seems like all exposed skin would freeze instantly! And I cant imagine what your winter bills are like. I would have to install a wood burner if it were to get that cold here on a regular basis...and live sitting in front of it!
