| Chewy.com I know quite a few YTers use Chewy.com. I just found out they have moved their warehouse recently and are having some problems. I received my order yesterday and half of the order was wrong. The wrong things that were sent, they told me to keep or donate to a shelter which I was happy about but not happy that I now have to wait until next week to receive what I originally ordered. I also ordered a bag of Stella and Chewys freeze dried beef and the patties were so hard I couldn't break them with my hands. The use by date was 5 of 2015 so they are replacing those and told me to throw the hard ones away because there is something wrong with the bag. I have never had any problems with Chewy.com over the years and I'm bummed they are slipping now.

| I always order from them and have had problems before with them forgetting items in my order. Their customer service is terrific and they always handle things accordingly. But I hope this doesn't happen more often now!!

| I love Chewy and I hope they get their problems fixed. I'm surprised the customer service rep was open and told me they were having warehouse problems.

As for the Stella & Chewy item...I bought a bag locally of the Stella & Chewy dried freeze all beef dinner and the patties are hard. This was my first time buying them and I thought that was how they are supposed to be. I have to cut them with a fork & knife to get 1/4 sizes. My bag expires in 2015 too. How are they supposed to be?

| The Chewy rep told me the Stella and Chewys beef isn't supposed to be hard. She said air had somehow gotten in the bag and to throw the bag away. All the other flavors I have been able to break apart easily.

I love Chewy for their prices, product availability and service. I think the lady said something about a big warehouse in PA that is causing the problems. I just remembered I also received a shipment out of the blue with a huge bag of Orijen kibble a few months ago. I called to let them know and they said to donate to a shelter, that it was a mix up at the warehouse.

| I never tried S&C's beef, but have tried the Lamb & it is harder to break up, takes longer to soak up water to get soft. It's the same w/Primal, beef & lamb is harder, we tried both. S&C Pheasant has the opposite problem, it's so soft, it's all crumbled up on the bag! It's their fav. One of us should email them & ask, I've always been curious as to why!

| I have ordered Stella and Chewy's chicken, duck, beef, and surf and turf. The beef varieties are much harder. I thought that was how it was supposed to be. I only bought it three months ago and have more coming next week sometime. I'm curious if it's going to be the same way. I also have used a couple of Orijen freeze dried varieties, and I tried Primal turkey and sardine. I mostly home cook, so Katie doesn't eat a lot of this. I'm glad I have an alternative, since I can't leave her food out all day, and she rarely eats before I go to work. I really like Chewy.com. Their customer service is excellent.

| Thanks for the info....I tried today to break it with my hands and I was able to do it. According to what others are posting the beef is harder than the other ones.

| Hmmmm, I've always had AMAZING service and luck with Chewy... there was only ONE time about 2yrs ago they added something extra in that I didn't order, but I didn't complain about that! haha. I even emailed them to let them know about a food I received that was rancid and they refunded me for the whole case plus dry food I had purchased. Plus sometimes I receive the package the next day! At the very least, 2 days.
