I love Chewy for their prices, product availability and service. I think the lady said something about a big warehouse in PA that is causing the problems.
I just remembered I also received a shipment out of the blue with a huge bag of Orijen kibble a few months ago. I called to let them know and they said to donate to a shelter, that it was a mix up at the warehouse.
