I just received an order from them yesterday and they sent everything I ordered however, they also sent a box of large greenies which I did not order. I called them also to let them know and they said to donate it. I have had issues about 3 times of them not sending the correct items and I call them every time and they always tell me to donate and then they send out the correct item.
As for the Stella & Chewy item...I bought a bag locally of the Stella & Chewy dried freeze all beef dinner and the patties are hard. This was my first time buying them and I thought that was how they are supposed to be. I have to cut them with a fork & knife to get 1/4 sizes. My bag expires in 2015 too. How are they supposed to be?
