| Are they on an online reviewing site like Yelp or are they listed on Google? The best way to tell your story is by reviewing them. Might save someone else's dog in the future.

Senior Yorkie Talker | We have two large border collies and a 6 foot fence around our yard. We only put the locks on the gates when we leave on vacation and friends come to live in the house while we are away to look after the hounds. This makes me think twice and I will discuss with my hubby keeping the locks on the gates all the time. We live across the street from two schools and there is always kids around v Makes me nervous to think about it. Geeeesh

| You and your dogs must have some guardian angels! Maybe make sure with the new service that they only come when you are home. So many businesses hire people who don't really care how well they do their job. Such a scary situation! |

| Accidents happen and no one is perfect. I wouldn't fire the guy just for a one time slip. He might have thought he shut it but it didn't catch. I would just make sure to check that the gate is secure EVERY time someone else uses it. I also think yorkies should be watched anytime they're outside. I try to think of them the same as a human toddler. They shouldn't be out without direct supervision. Someone else might open your gate and their are so many outdoor dangers! I've never heard of such a service but agree with concerns of possible cross-contamination. Wonder how the guy describes his career choice to others? A nice side benefit of our tiny yorkies is their tiny poops, especially when you feed a high quality low residue food. I recommend DIY cleanup if you can. Another reason for cleaning up youself is so you will notice any health problems that show themselves in the stool.

| Sorry for the typos -- getting used to new tablet. I also typed "their" instead of "there" -- one of my own 'nails on a blackboard' kind of pet peeve. I really wish we had more than 5 minutes to edit. Even 10 minutes would be a big help for slowpokes like me. I got timed out while trying to correct. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating.

| Goodness, sorry I missed where she said all that. I reread and saw where she said the co. Got nasty on the phone. Mea culpa. But the majority of my post was recommending DIY doggy cleanup. Maybe we both missed something.

| Yes, I saw that and you made very good points. I was just too lazy to edit out the part that I wasn't talking about... but honestly did not know that such services were available until I read this thread!
