Does anyone have any way to get ahold of the OP to let her know about this other than on here. That might be him. If she waits they may adopt him out. I have not seen her reply yet, so I was just wondering. I pray it is him, and she can go get him and bring him home where he belongs.

Today we will confirm if it's him or not. This is the once I called for but he supposedly wasn't neutered. I called again yesterday and insisted on someone the check and they said he isn't neutered and he will be neutered today. Still, I'm sending somebody from the hotel, a nice lady from the front desk that offered her help when I was checking out last week, so we will see.

I would for sure have gone to visit the shelter... talking and/asking questions to someone on the phone is not the same as viewing in person.

Unfortunately people make mistakes, get confused or aren't really focused at a particular time, mistakes can be made...

I tried and tried, but I got there late and the shelter closed at 2 pm on Saturday and didn't open on Sunday, there was no way around it

I will be praying that they made a mistake and it is him. I am glad you are able to get someone to go check him out. I just hope she really does. Is there no one in that area not tied to the hotel that can check it out for you?

YT member, orlnurse, lives in the Orlando area. She might be able to check. I agree that I don't think the hotel has the dog lover gene necessary to completely trust them. One of our members could take lots of pics and be in contact with Ellie when at the shelter to be sure.

This poor little guy looks so scared, how heartbreaking...
I pray this is him, I know you must be just heart sick over this...really makes one think twice about travelling with their babies...it certainly does me...

What happens if you say that is your lost dog... how do they prove or not prove... mine looks like he is not neutered but he is. So even if this little guy is saved and still proves not to be yours he can be taken in by a known yorkie lover on here.... I just hate to even begin to think more than one person makes a mistake and he is your baby then gone for good. Yes I know I am babbling but just praying and grasping at straws for you.

I don't understand them saying he isn't neutered when the ad says he is an approximately 3 year old "neutered" male...? Have you heard back from the lady at the hotel yet?

I'm glad you got thru. I tried to call and did the "press this for that" and eventually got voicemail so I left a message.

I really hope someone in Orlando (other than the hotel staff) can go check this out for you asap!

If I did not have meetings tomorrow I would, but she also told me that whoever comes needs vet records, photos and picture ID given the situation I bet that would take emailed or faxed info.
