this is so sad! i hope you get her. Its awesome that you are already helping her. I cant wait to see how she improves now that she is in safe hands.

It's so nice that they let you spend time with her. I hope she gets to the point where she will let someone hold her. You know how much these little ones love to cuddle. I'll bet some contact with a loving human would do worlds of good for her.
It looks like quite a nice shelter. Wish we had something like that in my area.

Our old one was smaller, Some fool set fire to it a couple years back. We lost half the dogs and all the cats. Space was so limited the carriers were not as handy as they shou;d be in case of emergency also it was the area the fire was started. It was a sad day for many.All you can do is rebuild and keep going. I was mortified for the lost animals.

That's horrible! Thank goodness they could rebiuld.

God bless you and we need more people like you that will get involved. I just wish my health was better and could help in situations like this. That poor little baby. I feel like I could throw up literally, right now I am so sick to my stomach and I couldn't even look at the picture. Just reading the shape this little thing was in was horrific. How could people be that cruel hearted? Praying she will get healthy and stronger everyday and find a loving home and know what its like to be loved and cared for in her remaining years. My little Tina that has dementia and heart problems doesn't know what it would be like to be mistreated. We love ours no matter what. I rock her at night and she looks up at me with those weak little eyes and knows she is loved. It breaks my heart to hear and see situations like what this baby has been going through, probably most all of her life. Again, bless you and keep us informed on how she is doing.

I was actually able to look at the pic and not get upset because I kept thinking she is in better hands and is getting the love she deserves so it made the pic not as depressing. Actually knowing she is getting the help she needs makes me really happy! Plus also knowing there is someone out there that will open their home to her is awesome!

Yorkie Talk has gotten me thinking about taking in foster yorkies. Probably not at the moment due to certain circumstances but definitely sometime in the future. If I cannot bring myself to volunteer at a rescue shelter, I definitely feel I could help out in other ways in addition to donating!

If you can't go in. Then even if its some kitty toys and dog toys blankets anything. All this is needed as most places do rely on donations as they are non profit. Every little bit helps.
