| Jax loves his Amazon.com: Kyjen Outward Hound Car Booster Seat,... . As soon as I got it out of the box he hopped up into it. Like someone else said, he likes having an "assigned seat" and knowing where "his" spot is. He wears a harness, and I clip the seatbelt onto it, very quick and easy. It boosts him up so he can see out the window, but I put a bed in it and mostly he sleeps. All I have to do is put him in the car and he hops straight up into it. No training necessary. |

| Yep,learned the hard way that dogs dont belong in the front seat (he was in the back and jumped over the seats into my lap),42lbs of American Eskimo and me 9 months pregnant. Dog got between me and the steering wheel while on wet country roads. He then tried to bite the officer that wanted to know if I was ok. This was not a dog that I trained and he was NEVER allowed in my car again. |

| The seat belt goes around the L shape at the bottom and secures it in place. I have the large seat just for ZoE...they say its for a dog 25 lb & under or 2 small dogs....I don't see how. They run small in size IMO. She can lay down in hers and has room for her toys too and a blanket in winter.

| I have three small snoozers in my back seat and the babies love them. Teddy gets the middle and the older kids get the window seats.

| Levi and I love his Snoozer seat. He likes to look out the window, or cozy up and take a nap. I am always terrified for him to be unrestrained - he could easily be hurt in an accident. I've let him ride in my lap before and I spend the entire time scared of my airbags deploying and hurting him. The Snoozer was easily worth the money to me.

| My 4 have car seats and are always restrained. I didn't learn this until I joined YT. They whine sometimes but usually go to sleep.

| I have two medium-size Lookout car seats in the back seat of my car. They are secured with the seat belts and have tethers that attach to the dog's harness. My dogs have always ridden in the car seats and they love them. Yesterday was the first time Samantha had ridden in one of them and she liked it a lot. She has always been in her little carrier. She loved looking out the window and was fascinated. She did not try to get out of it or move around. They make for happy dogs and happy drivers! Jeanette |

| Does anyone have a sedan-type car w a carrier in the backseat? I got Gidget a car seat but it does not sit high enough for her to look out the window in the backseat. I was afraid the ones that strap over the headrest seem a little flimsy in the bottom.

| Ive been looking at the Snoozer Lookout Med. Mina wieghs about 5 lbs and Amigo weighs about 10lbs (a bit chubby for a chi). Do any of you who own a med Lookout think that both of the babys will fit in it or do you think that they would be stuffed in. They need just a tiny bit of room between them? I know that purchasing a large would solve all conserns, but the price is a bit more and it needs to fit in the back seat of my Stang. Also does anyone own the same type of carseat made by petgear? |

| I bought my car seats at Petsmart and I put them in the backseat of my 4 door. The ones I have are adjustable straps that go over the headrest so they can see out the window. They are sturdy enough in the bottom, Tessie weighs 12 lbs. We got the larger one for Hobbes because he is 16 lbs.I will try to find the picture.

| thanks. One day hubby and I just packed them in the car and went for a ride. We found a big open field to let them roam and it was maggie's first time off leash...she loved it! they were so tuckered out when we were going home. they didn't even blink when I took the picture. lol
