And what would we do without our tireless lady of rescue....who devotes countless hours, love and her own money to make sure the babies get the specialised care they need for a better quality of life.

So true! This is exactly how I felt when I joined YT. I was amazed at all the expertise in so many areas that was available to us new owners. I have and will always respect those that came before me!! Thanks Debra

That said, this doesn't/shouldn't just apply to new members of the forum. There are veteran members who have engaged in attacks as well. All members should do their best to offer a modicum of respect to their fellow members, whether they are new or veteran members.

Respect goes both ways. Just like it can be earned, it can also be lost...and earned again. We should all make room for others' mistakes...and that doesn't always happen here. People learn, change, and evolve - and we should hold an open space for them to do so, even if it's only a teensy space based upon past behavior.
