| I am sooooo sorry Marley had to endure that horrible place!!! Is there ANYTHING you can do?? Surely not every place of business on a military base is untouchable, there must be something you can do??? I am sooooo soooooo soooo mad for you. If it were me they would have been sending those people to the hospital I would have beat their butts so bad. From what you said, for sure no one was there over the weekend. I'm actually surprised the manager called you back. Did you demand your money back? You paid for a service that clearly was not done. Ooh I am so mad! I can't imagine how you must feel!

| That is awful! I am so sorry about your experience. We have never taken ours to a kennel but have friends or family watch them. Better luck next time, its a lesson learned!

| could the diarrhea be from eating to much kibble and chicken when she got home? Or maybe from nerves. She was probably scared. Thank God this ordeal is behind you both and every day will take you farther away from this. |

| So Marley has been squirting all over the house... shes only had about 3 bowel movements today, all diarrhea. My carpet shampooer/steamer has been my best friend today LoL She has been laying around miserable and dragging her butt across the floor after she has a bowel movement.Shes been drinking plenty of water. I boiled some chicken and put that in a food processor and threw in some rice for her to eat. I made a big batch so I can just reheat it and give it to her these next couple days. When I took her outside she tried to eat some grass so I know her wittle tummy is hurting. I've been having to wash her wittle butt too after every bowel movement. I hope she gets to feeling better. She's ate all the rice and chix that I have given her. I've fed her twice already. I tried to give her a little canned pumpkin but she turned her nose up at it. What is a good way to get her to eat the pumpkin?? I'm worried if i mix it in with the chix and rice she won't eat it.

| This is just awful! I really hope you didn't pay for this crappy treatment of your baby!!! Me, I'd have let hubby give it to them straight! Where do they get off treating animals like this? And for money? Please! I hope your baby gets better soon. |

| Good advice! I'll do that tomorrow if she doesn't get any better in the next 24 hours.

| Good grief! There must be something you can do! This is outrageous! You paid good money to these people, and in my opinion, they abused your dog! There'd be hell to pay if this happened to one of my furbabies. I'm so sorry that you are going through this.

| Thor's Human Donating Member | I would definitely post a review of this place on Yelp! or whatever you use in your area. That is unacceptable. I board Thor regularly, and they ALWAYS take my calls, and Thor goes home with a staff member at night. And yes, he is always excited to go back there. Once they even groomed him because it was free groom day (no hair cut, just a bath). They have a professional dog trainer on staff. And I am thinking about switching because they don't have a webcam! That place sounds horrible horrible horrible.

| I hope you paid by credit card, then you can call them up and dispute it. CC companies cover you for things like this. If not, I would demand a refund from the kennel.
