I would definitely post a review of this place on Yelp! or whatever you use in your area. That is unacceptable. I board Thor regularly, and they ALWAYS take my calls, and Thor goes home with a staff member at night. And yes, he is always excited to go back there. Once they even groomed him because it was free groom day (no hair cut, just a bath). They have a professional dog trainer on staff. And I am thinking about switching because they don't have a webcam! That place sounds horrible horrible horrible.
