| I rarely give mine anything unless a stray piece of plain pasta jumps out of the pot when I am straining. When he goes to grandpas it's a whole different story though! My dad kept him for me while I was on vacation in NY for a week. I called and he said this little dog eats a lot! I was shocked because Tater is a nibbler, one piece here, another a little later on...throughout the day. My dad responds, not when it comes to French Fries!! I of course gave the "DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD, he doesn't eat that stuff..." When I got home, his little belly skin was so tight from my dad 'fattening him up' with french fries. I am shocked he even wanted to come home to me! Plus, I told my dad it made him a cannibal since his name is Tater!! |

| When hubby and I have our dinner, I give boiled chicken breast to Scooter and his sis. He will literally eat anything. My son gave him sauerkraut and he ate it. He didn't even get sick but I never give him anything except his kibbles and the chicken breast. Hubby gave him watermelon and he loved it.

| The worst thing Spike has had is... brace yourselves because it is BAD... bacon. We did NOT give it to him though. This was several years back. We were having a casual little breakfast on the patio and out of nowhere, like lightening, Spike jumped on my daughter's lap, grabbed a piece of bacon and ran for it. We caught him right away and got it from him but he did manage to eat some. He had never done anything like that before and never has since. We still call him the bacon bandit. Disclaimer: I would NEVER EVER intentionally let the dogs have pork.

| It's way too fatty and high in sodium for them but no, that little bit wasn't the worst thing that could happen. Just pointing out that I wouldn't do it intentionally so I didn't get a lecture.

| I just thought of the worst thing I've ever given Sugar and this one was intentional. Bits of cheesy tots from Burger King. Sugar has a super sensitive tummy so I learned my lesson the hard way. No more cheesy tots for Sug!

| What a thread, Guilty! on some. Krystal loves cheese, cantalope, cherios, peanut butter, vanila soft serve, and bits of bacon. I'll have to try raw carrot. She doesn't like bananas. But she loves her greenies, yougurt drops, and these crunchy apple treats. I don't give her any of these in excess. But I do hate to think what my boys have given her or what she finds in their man caves (bedrooms). Neat they are not! Eat alot they do, most of it in their caves. |
