| Honestly, I don't give Apple anything she's not supposed to have...I think she's o.k. w/this because she doesn't know any difference...She'll be 7 months old in 3 days! Maggie & Apple |

| Puffy Cheetos....bits & pieces of almost anything we eat except beef & pork products, for the big ones. Clarence is little (6.5#) so he gets mostly carrots & veggies. |

My furkids Donating Member | I give cheese once in a while which isn't bad for them. Sometimes I will give a tiny bit of cracker or the corner of my toast. Once in a while these "treats" are not going to hurt them. I give them lots of fresh carrots, green beans and broccoli. On the other hand I have had to scold hubby for giving them small bites of bologna!! I told him NEVER to do that again...He says, well they are just sitting there and they look so cute just looking up at me! I told him he wouldn't think it would be so cute if they ended up at in the vets, sick, because of something HE gave them...He doesn't do that anymore.

| Well, a couple-few years ago I knew NOTHING about taking care of a dog the right way, so here is the list. Ellie survived it and I have since changed my ways. In an attempt to get weight on her, we would give her fried hamburger...probably a whole burger worth at a time. One time I remember giving her some old roast beef and I'm sure it had onions in it. It was the left-overs and probably quite fatty. Once some chocolate fell (I wasn't here or this one wouldn't have happened because I knew better). It was the kind with the creamy stuff inside and the cherry in the middle. She got at least 1 or 2 of those and maybe more. She threw up at least 7 or 8 times and we didn't even take her to the vet because I didn't really understand about dehydration and all of that. She used to get grapes and raisins. She loves vanilla ice cream and Cheez-Its. If she didn't have pancreas issues, I would probably still give both on occasion. That's all I can think of for now.

| I give my dogs healthy snacks, but sometimes I give my dogs some unhealthy snacks. I sometimes feel bad for them that their dog food is so bland that I want to give them some tasty snacks. Now and then, I might give them a cookie, chips, or cake. I do not give them a lot of these tasty treat, because I do not want them to get an upset stomach or diarrhea. Majority of the time, I feed my dogs human food that is healthy food and not junk food for snacks like carrots, broccoli, chicken, apples, cantaloupe, and pineapples. Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Thats it??? Aiden is a moose. He loves anything I give him. All 3 of my pups get people food. Pongo is 14 years old,and ate whatever my kids dropped. His favorite was grapes. I give them pieces of cheese, fruit, crackers, They love candy. Gummie bears are their favorite. I have never had any problems. I only give them 1 of whatever. They love vanilla ice cream, and watermelon. I know it' s bad,but they are part of my family and they get what we get.My brother is much more strict with his Yorkie Lexi. She loves when I come over and share with her. Her favorite is raw carrotts. I spend a small fortune on quality dog/cat food for my pets,so maybe that's why they are sattisfied with a few treats, My cats get shrimp, tuna fish (dry) and chicken all the time.

| One time my dad gave them BUTTER CHICKEN I am the 2nd oldest of 10 kids. I am the food nazi so my girls never get any unintentional people food from me. However, my parents are ticked that they don't have any grandchildren so they say that until they get grandchildren that they will sneak the dogs table food. One day my dad was over for dinner and I saw him "drop" some food off the table for the dogs: it was BUTTER CHICKEN. I YELLED!!!! But it is really funny because the girls only beg for food from people who give it to them. So they easily point out the guilty family members (who in turn get VERY scolded from ME)!! |

| Layla never really got human food before i started home cooking because i didn't want her to start begging but she would get a few things. I love white rice and feta cheese- which i finished i would give Layla what was left over. Also she LOVES ice cream from DQ- before she was diagnosed with pancreatits we would share a plain cone- now neither of us have it- i just can't eat it in front of her and not give her any |

| HAHA! A funny thing that Teddy does is when we are watching a movie and have a bowl of popcorn, he will sneak next to the bowl and when we "are not looking" he sticks his tongue in the bowl and grabs some popcorn. Runs away and eats it! Then we will notice he is BACK AGAIN out of no where! He does the same thing with cappuccino sitting on the coffee table. He sticks his little tongue in the cup and just licks it up, I didnt notice once until he gave me a kiss and had coffee breath!! He does these sneaky little things with only these two things! They must be his favorites

| OMG...this one cracks me up! Well, let's see. I'm a pretty good Mommy and only give the "allowable" food...Peanut Butter, Bananas, Cheerios and once a corner of my toast. However, my DH is another story....He'll give Peanut Butter in her Kong....a whole KNIFE full! He's given her Cheez-its, pretzels, and just this past weekend, a couple bits of the crust of his pizza! He always tells me to "relax. She's fine". But I remember boiling some chicken for her when she was about 3 mths old. She had too much and pooped yellow the next day! |

| Probably the worst thing that I have ever given my 3 was Thanksgiving dinner A little carrots, a little potatoes and gravy, a little turkey with a stuffing all mixed together with their kibble. Obviously, Thanksgiving only comes once a year and they loved it. But I have to say that I also believe that carrots, watermelon, cantaloupe, green beans, cheerios, popcorn, apples, peanut butter or a little cheese to take a pill are not bad foods. As a matter of fact each morning Pebbles and Bogey get their allergy pill in a little ball of either cream cheese or peanut butter. Not to be left out Doodlebug also get the same without a pill. I never feed things like fast food from McDonald or anything fried. I also have a funny story about Doodlebug and a hot dog! When he was about 4 months old somehow he snatched an entire hot dog off my husband's plate. I was in the kitchen they were in the living room watching TV together. I heard my husband "arguing" with D-bugs and go to investigate. D-bug has an entire hot dog w/bun in his mouth and my daddy trying to pry it out. It was the funniest thing to see. He is still the little brat of the house!

| OK, I admit, this is my weakness. As well trained as Jackson is 90% of the time, he's a HORRIBLE beggar. It's not totally my fault, lol. I started out not giving him any. But, my dad is the worst, so whenever I take him over to my dad's house (which is 2-3 days a week) he knows my dad is going to give him a bit of whatever he's eating. Plus, it's difficult when you're living in a house with a 17 month old little girl who throws everything off of her high chair. It's not horrible amounts that will hurt him in any way, and he's a healthy dog who isn't lazy and gets walked daily and the food usually consists of things like bread, chicken, cheese, ham, turkey, etc but occasionally he gets a bit of a Dorito or a Cheeto of some sort. I usually try to share with him! lol. If I get a milkshake or a smoothie or sorts, he gets a little lick of the cup once I'm finished. I just grew up like this. My Golden and German Shepherd I grew up with were always fed people food. Everyone around me feeds their dogs people food, lol
