You're right. You said this in your other post:

I am really confused now, too. If Ksena was a "breeder back" puppy for stud services, how did you see the parents?

I would post the breeder's name anyway. One way or another you have shown what sort of puppies one might expect to receive if doing business with her/him. Your little one is cute, some might desire that look. Others who want to breed would probably defer to another breeder. You are not committing libel, just stating a fact that she is the one who bred your pup (IF she is the breeder). It is not against the law to have the doubts you have had, and over half of those seeing the pics have had as well.

I know, that was another red flag for me but she said in an early email that she'd make sure her aunts female was at her house when I went to pick up the puppy....I'm glad we went back and forth by email at least I have proof of all of this....

I do not think she is a red leg because a redleg is defined just as much by the pattern of color as the lack of length. See in this picture how the red comes up on the sides http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/att...o-cimg1040.jpg You don't see the lack of hair growth of a red leg as a puppy. They do grow hair out more than a short-haired chi, they just don't get the long, to the floor coats of a standard Yorkie. Does your puppy have the reddish color coming from underneath and extending up the sides like the picture? If not, I doubt she is a red leg. Some call dogs red legs if their coat does not grow long, but sometimes those are just wirey coats, another fault.

I had gone thru the Mars website the day after they took the blood and if I recall correctly I think they do tell you what percentage she is...the test is for mixed breeds, so the pet owners know what exactly they have and potential health issues due to their breed makeup....

The breeder said that she would have her aunt's dog at the house when I picked up the puppy....I didn't ask how she would do it or get specifics. I took into consideration that she had good reviews and couldn't find anything bad about her...another thing that kind of bothered me was all the barking I heard...It must have been from the cellar which is creapy but I don't know...I didn't ask to see but did ask how many Yorkies she had of her own and she said 5....but, she also said she breeds imperials which I think are shihtzus, I don't know exactly, I can look it up in the emails...so who knows how many are actually in the downstairs or whatever you call it (I'm guessing cellar) that the barking was coming from??????

When I get home from work I'm going to have a close look at Ksena and the coloring coming up the sides...

Have you checked the BBB and googled the Aunt's name? Her name should be on Ksena's papers since she was the breeder.

It's funny you mention the PAPERS because I have not recieved them yet!!!!!! I have my males papers but not my females....you mean the registration right? She said she's sends them in for everyone and pays the fee, comes with the puppy. So, when I get the ACA papers in it will have her aunt's name on it????

I just inspected Ksena and the reddish color doesn't come up that far on the sides...def. not like the pic!

Scroll down til you see Breeding/Showing/Traveling, then under that heading you will see Breeder Talk. Click Breeder Talk and you will find all the posts of that forum.

The breed has to be at least 12.5% of the dog or it won't show up on the test....

The mars test is only 85% accurate on the first generation...meaning the parents...the accuracy goes down significantly beyond that.

Not yet, so does that mean it won't show up if it was further down the line?
