| ![]() So much I would like to add, but I'm not even gonna go there ![]() I hope this gets resolved. If the breeder were truly responsible, she would take the dog back no questions asked. However, she would have also not sold the dog unspayed as breeding quality when the dog is absolutely not breeding quality or even close to. Well I guess I had to add something. It's also kind of disheartening that the OP is getting bashed. I am very thankful for these threads, as they prevent others from purchasing from a shady "breeder." And if you decided to purchase from this individual, at least you would be more inclined to truly get all the facts and perhaps compose a contract to protect yourself.

After reading this I have decided to pipe up. I have been to Christin's house several times when looking and my baby before I purchased him and brought him home. YOU dear poster have NO clue as to what you are talking about. If you would take the actual time to go look at the Teyjas original post of when she actually cleaned the poor dog -then you would see CLEARLY that the color on her head and face (please be computer literate and zoom in) is the same as in the other photos originally posted. Also the "slander" words ummmm.... ARE being spoken on YT.. did you see that??? How in the world are you bashing someone you don't know??? Just curious ? Do you base your opinion on one persons comments. Give me a break!! I saw Emma before when my pup wasn't even born yet, as I looked at her first litter. AGAIN go back and look and see if the Teyja lady had a pic of Emma's ears up and the "light " hair. Do your stinkin research. Emma was very happy and give me a break about her jumping on a dining room table. Look at the original picks people of her posting... I'm excited. How can any of you say that is not the same dog if you compare the posting. If you need help go to the ladies profile and click on her other posts and you will see the pics of Emma after she first got there.. SAME DOG.. Man I only come on here to get info on my baby since Christin referred me to this site, but all the ridiculous judemental people make me just want to buy a stinkin book. Let me tell you a thing or two I will go up against this lady claiming Emma is not Emma because I have seen her in person and I know for a fACT that is the same dog. Can any of you say that?? ?I don't think so. You also know a buyer is responsible for SHipping PERIOD.! Wow Here is the link if you are are that bent on saying it is not the same dog... LOOK at the shine and color carefully in her other post. I sure find it funny that she showed these other pics instead.Christin if you read this. I have your back and I will be your eye witness.

| ![]() Let's compare the actual clean Emma, with the original pictures posted on her ad- months before Gina received the dog. Gina posted this pic herself http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/attachments/general-yorkshire-terrier-discussion/269811d1237341469-i-m-excited-p1010595.jpg Please give me a break. What more cut and dry do you need |

| ![]() I'm sorry you're so upset. But could you answer my question? Did you see Emma's litter?

I expected her to check my personal references and my vet references. I expected her to ask A LOT of questions. Any good breeder would have. I would have happily given her this information and anything else she asked for. Hell, I'm the rescue director for our regional avian rescue. You don't get voted in for that position if you're not a caring person who takes good care of their animals. As for buyers remorse. Yeah, I guess in a way it is. I was looking for something specific and she knew that. I didn't get what I purchased. I told her flat out that I didn't want just ANY dog, I wanted THE dog that was a good fit for my family because this was a serious commitment to me. She sold this dog as breeding stock. Breeding stock is a short square body with a small nose and soft, silky haircoat. Emma has a long body with a long nose and wire hair. She is NOT breeding stock! And yes, she cleans up ok and looks cute for about an hour before her hair falls and she looks like the pictures I posted in this thread (which is what happened). The original pictures that were sent to me show a dog with a full, silky coat. The bottom line is she misrepresented the dog and you can't sugar coat that. There's a BIG difference between 5lbs and 6.12. Just not disclosing THAT is misrepresentation. When I approached her with my disappointment and the issues we're having with her "sweet" disposition, she immediately became combative and attacked me. How is that a professional breeder? And Emma DOES get up on the table. She jumps on a chair and then onto the table. If you need me to, I can get this on video. Wouldn't be hard, she does it every chance she gets.

Sure is! because as soon as I got her home I had to give her a bath! I posted that in the thread. She didn't ship to me clean sweetheart. Are you saying I need to bath Emma every day? Wouldn't that dry her skin out? Wouldn't that be abusive? She misrepresents the dog and *I* am the liar? Don't call me a liar when you clearly have no idea what took place here.

| ![]() Emma never had a litter...I looked at another litter of another dog she owned. NOR was she advertised as breeding stock as anyone can see in the ad. Your a judemental one and I saw you had posted nothing but nice comments for her before. What a shame. Hope no one does that to you. |

| ![]() For this amount of money and just a touch more for shipping you could've gotten a puppy out of the finest Devils of York lines, imported! Wow..........I'd spay her before shipping her back or placing her. Best of luck with your resolution! |

| ![]() It is not a customers job to be professional, it's the "professional" breeders job to act as such. It very well may be the same dog, just younger, and, like mentioned before, more of a "glamour shot" type of picture. Very deceptive about the food aggression and the weight indeed. Not to mention she charged WAY too much money. I would never sell someone a dog under such false pretenses. A dog is not going to change in looks so much in a matter of days, or even a month.

How is that not advertising her as a breeding bitch? Where were my nice comments from before?

On other pic posts and wow are you saying you don't make nice posts. That is sad too! Let's see: Breeding Bitch for sale ----there ya go. That would be a breeding bitch for sale post. Her saying she had intended to eventually breed her does not mean she was sold as a breeding bitch. She was looking for a "FOREVER" home for her.

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | ![]() I can see both points of view on this and hope it gets resolved quickly especially for this little dogs sake. Ive recently just lost a dog and I know this little dog will be special to someone.

Too funny, some people. Shouldn't be long before this thread gets closed ![]() To the OP- I *really* hope this "breeder" steps up and does the responsible thing. If her reputation and the MOST IMPORTANT THING- the welfare of Emma are of any concern to her, she'll do the right thing.
