| So glad she is coming along okay! Loved the pics. Her eyes look much brighter now. She doesn't have that pained sick look. So glad to see it. Now we must all hope for a good recovery and full use of her legs! Pat |

| I hope Schatzie is doing well. Archie hospitale mate was a yorkie that was to have leg surgery. We're checking to make sure Schatzie's recovering. Archie sends happy licks!!! |

| Thank you again for checking up on little Schatzie. Actually she has been doing quite well, she goes back Tuesday to have the stitches removed. Unlike Archie she didn't have to wear the E-collar, I am really surprised the vet didn't put one on her as it seems like common practice. Luckily she has not bothered her stitches at all. My breeder friend came over to visit and see how Schatzie is doing (not Schatzie's breeder). Anyway, she recommended that I put her in our whirpool bath to "swim" and exercise the leg without having the weight on it. She said however I'd have to get into the bath with her to support her. WOW Now that's a site, bathing with your dog, LOL!! Never done that before. Schatzie was not thrilled by it whatsoever, splished/splashed and water EVERYWHERE. So, needless to say, no more bathing with my dog. LOL

| Couldn't you just put a towel around her middle and hold on to the top part and walk her in the tub? That way, you could take some of the weight off her and still be in control while she was in there. I would have liked a picture of you and Schatzie in that Bath! Ha! Ha! |
