Thank you again for checking up on little Schatzie. Actually she has been doing quite well, she goes back Tuesday to have the stitches removed. Unlike Archie she didn't have to wear the E-collar, I am really surprised the vet didn't put one on her as it seems like common practice.
Luckily she has not bothered her stitches at all.
My breeder friend came over to visit and see how Schatzie is doing (not Schatzie's breeder). Anyway, she recommended that I put her in our whirpool bath to "swim" and exercise the leg without having the weight on it. She said however I'd have to get into the bath with her to support her.

Now that's a site, bathing with your dog, LOL!! Never done that before. Schatzie was not thrilled by it whatsoever, splished/splashed and water EVERYWHERE. So, needless to say, no more bathing with my dog. LOL
