| She should pass it but I'll but it might take some time to work its way out of her stomach. If she was going to have a problem it wouldn't be until it reached her intestines. Doodlebug is always grabbing at my diamond hoops and he pulls! Not to take this too lightly but everyone keeps telling you "I hope everything comes out ok" I guess you need to take those words literally.

| Update Well it's been 3 days and still no earring. I began to wonder if maybe she didn't swallow it after all so I searched under the sofa pillows, under the sofa and didn't see it. I took the suggestion of putting her poo in a zip lock bag and doing the "squish test" and haven't seen it there either. She's doing great though otherwise so it's still a mystery. And I too noticed those cubic zirconia ads that night and felt like I was in the twilight zone! ETA: Wait a minute I see the CZ ads now! I swear I didn't see them before. | She should have passed it by now don't you think? If she's eating and pooping there's no blockage. I guess your gonna be on poop patrol for awhile longer. Finger's crossed everything comes out fine Keep us posted. |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | I'm thinking by this time...that earring has come out the other end. A dog's digestive tract works very quickly. You may have just missed it. That being said...we had a dog who swallowed thread complete with needle...that made it out the entirely out the other end...no problem. Well the problem was literally at the end when it turned as she was pottying...that's when we learned she'd swallowed it. As a kid...I swallowed a nickle. The doctor instructed my mother...to search my...poop....after 3 days...she decided it wouldn't kill me....she was done looking for it.

| Yes she's eating and pooping just fine and on schedule. I'm really beginning to think that maybe she pulled at it but then threw it somewhere. I was laying down when we were playing and the earring wasn't very large to begin with. But I will continue to check her poop. If she did swallow it then what goes in must come out! |

| Oh no! lol I've only just noticed this post and I've gotta say it did make me chuckle! I was a bit concerned for Sasha, but it was a little funny. Not so much for you though, thata's an expensive earring you just lost! My hubby just suggested that I offer you £3 (bout $6) for the remaining earring! lol He's so sympathetic! Jess |

To the OP, have you vacuumed ? I know that probably sounds obvious but just thought I'd ask anyway since the obvious tends to escape me at times.

I always thought your 2¢ worth seemed worth more than other peoples; now we know why. I guess you're allowed to say, well here's my 7¢ on that, and it sounds almost like you’re intuitive of something.
