If you really think she may NOT have swallowed it, try this. The best way to find a diamond is in the DARK, with a flashlight
Sweep the light slowly back and forth over the entire area, go slow and watch for the sparkle. It could have rolled a long way from where it was dropped, so check the entire room. I would have thought that she'd pass it by now if she ate it, but who knows
