| I think if I ever went there I would never leave my dog there. I went once and it was wonderful, but that seems like a rare occurrence. Just today when we went and the groomer was man handling the dog until she realized I was watching. So I stayed there until she was done and the owner came. The owner wasn't too happy, but thanked me for staying.

| I agree I will not take my Chewy to Petsmart at all I believe they are not to nice to our babies. I actually take him to a place where I bath him, clean his ears and then groom him myself. It is wonderful they provide table and all grooming products. The first time I went there I was there for 3 hours lol.

| I must be one of the few people who have had good experiences with Petsmart grooming. Her cuts have always been what I have asked for. Gypsy has no problem being left there that I can tell. They always tell me she is a real charmer and they love to groom her any time. The only problem I have is that I do not think they trim her nails short enough, so I have the vet do that.

| I have went to several different PetSmart places in different towns. Still no difference I hate it. I haven't went back. I had maybe 2 cuts that was fine and then the rest was a mess. They don't do what you ask and again yes they don't cut the nails hardly at all. But guess that is better than cutting them too short. I think all these people are in training and let me tell you they need to find another job.

| I was under the impression that it all had to do with the groomer .But, Maybe, Petsmart just does not have experienced groomers to work on long haired breeds. ? Iam sorry they messed up your Yorkies cut.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I think that's all they train them to do. I figure I may not to a great job grooming them myself, but at least I am not paying for it and I won't ever shave them. This seems to happen all the time I just don't understand why they can't follow directions.
