I have went to several different PetSmart places in different towns. Still no difference I hate it. I haven't went back. I had maybe 2 cuts that was fine and then the rest was a mess. They don't do what you ask and again yes they don't cut the nails hardly at all. But guess that is better than cutting them too short. I think all these people are in training and let me tell you they need to find another job.
