I think if I ever went there I would never leave my dog there. I went once and it was wonderful, but that seems like a rare occurrence.
Just today when we went and the groomer was man handling the dog until she realized I was watching. So I stayed there until she was done and the owner came. The owner wasn't too happy, but thanked me for staying.
