I must be one of the few people who have had good experiences with Petsmart grooming. Her cuts have always been what I have asked for. Gypsy has no problem being left there that I can tell. They always tell me she is a real charmer and they love to groom her any time. The only problem I have is that I do not think they trim her nails short enough, so I have the vet do that.
