I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Awww Sarah, I know exactly how you feel sweetie Even though a spay is such a simple and common thing, you CAN'T help but to be afraid because it is YOUR baby that is going through it And I thought exactly the same way as you, I said, "Poor little Tatum has no idea what is going to happen to her tomorrow" a DOZEN TIMES in my head It is very, very scary but I am sure that everything with London will be just fine I tell you I still remember Tatum's spay like it was yesterday and even though I was TERRIFIED for her, it seems like I dropped her off and the next thing I knew the vet was calling me to tell me that the surgery was over and that she was already awake and was doing fine I will be saying lots of little prayers for sweet London and please keep us updated on how she does tomorrow girl

| Aww, the poor thing!!! It's going to be a rough couple of days for her Will you be able to take her home after they finish doing everything or does she have to stay overnight? I think I remember you saying that the vet said that you could take her home right away ... Amy

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I just don't understand why they have overnight stays, but no one is there to watch them. Could someone explain the logic here? I'm praying everything goes great for you and your little girl, I had such a hard time sleeping the night before, and I was so glad he didn't know what was happening. I love the way they look in those onesies, make sure you post a picture of her. Best of luck!

| I'm glad you're able to take her home! I remember when you posted your concerns about that. I was worried about that too, the vet told me today that I'll have to sign a release in order to take her home, basically saying they aren't liable if she has complications. Do you have to do that too?

Of course, we all take good care of our babies and know we do, and I wouldn't want to leave one of mine overnight either if no one was there to watch and monitor them. i don't feel it is safe. I guess it is safer for the dogs that would be tossed outside that night but not for our babies that would get lots of love and care at home. Good Luck with London's spay tomorrow. I hope everything goes smoothly and she recovers quickly

| I feel for you, girl. It is coming up on Penny's time too. I'm so nervous. I am having her chipped at the same time.I will pray for London. You can also give me some tips after you've been thru it.
