My sentiments excactly. The fact that a breeder is veterinarian does not make them reputable. There are good in bad in every profession. You have good and bad police officers, good and bad teachers, and good and bad veterinarians. Remember, there are veterinarians that sign off each day on sick puppies bred through mills. byb's and pups in pet stores. You read about it all the time. Don't buy into someone being reputable just because of their profession. Use your judgment and look for the tell tale signs. MANY DIFFERENT BREEDS, ADVERTISES ON THE NET, ETC. REMEMBER THAT ANYONE CAN SAY ANYTHING AND CAN MAKE A VERY NICE LOOKING WEBSITE BUT IS THIS REALLY AS IT IS OR AS THEY WANT YOU TO SEE IT. Do they really rescue or does it just sound good, do these dogs live in their home or is it what they know you want to hear. You really don't know. EDUCATE and USE GOOD JUDGEMENT. Elaine

I haven't looked at the website and don't need to ..it bothers me that a 'vet' would add so many dogs to the already overpopulated problem ....

as it would be nice to have a vet here posting - (not that it would take the place of our own vet) but just to read ......I think the real reason is to sell puppies. Not wanting to sound rude - but when someone signs up here and their 1st post is about puppies for sale - forget the credentials - and look at that first.

BUT we can't say someone is a puppy mill just because they breed too many dogs....unless they have puppies in the hundreds - then it's a different story....to me - that's a mass breeder / mill ....and we already have WAY TOO MANY in this country.

Please remember each time we reply to this post using her website address or each time anyone goes to the site just to view and reply to this post, we are giving her one more hit and making her easier to find on search engines. So all doubters....please dont go to the site. I wouldnt so much call her a mill either, but I too agree when your first post advertises before it just greets us, I see BIG RED FLAGS!! So sad to see yet another story like this. I guess people with NO CONSCIENCE can easily say they go to bed each night with a CLEAR conscience!! If there is no conscience, of course it will always be clear in their twisted minds. My prayers just go out for all the dogs there.

If it walks like a duck, swims like a duck, flies like a duck, and quacks - it's a duck! All the red flags are there no matter what the poster says. You can say anything, post anything. This is a puppy mill and cannot be justified as anything else! I can't imagine anyone being involved in rescue and breeding mixed dogs. This is ridiculous. I'm done with it.

Wow I think this is a bad scene for sure. I worked in the vet field as a technician for years and never would any of the vets I worked with breed so many dogs and mixed breeds to boot. I can see if a vet has a love of a specific breed or maybe two but jeesh all those???? Maybe concentrate on rescue and stop breeding..imagine how many dogs would find homes if they weren't competing with "teacup Chihuaha " puppies...

The OP can give all shots,blood tests, x-ray, dock tails, give health certs and all medical tretament for nothing but her time. I bet you can make a killing pumping out puppies if you don't have to pay all the vet fees...being a vet doesn't make you immune from wanting to make a quick buck on the back these dogs.

Very sad...but just my opinion.

you can also try changing the kittens' food...wormer...and maybe offering supplements.

It can be anything from stress (believe it or not)...foods...allergies...or a something they may have caught from another cat or geneticly.

Our vet here is very intrested! Legally she cannot tell you to do something without an examination, but we can offer suggestions until you get them to another vet and pass on some first hand knowledge!

Hi there! Well, the skin is tougher and wrinkly...pink which I think is the normal skin color. Not swollen and no bumps. No fevers. There is nothing else wrong with the two...healthy as can be. They don't seem bothered yet. It occured at about 2 weeks when it spread fast. Again, remember that it is only on the white...grey is growing perfect!
