| My two gals are 1 1/2 years old and weigh 5 1/2 lbs, the other gal is 3 years old and 6 - 6 1/2 lbs. Both are healthy and happy, and my life would never be complete without them. My 3 year old is spade due to mild luxating patellas, my 1 1/2 year old is absolutely perfect, i will be having her spade after the holidays. I love it when they spin in circles because they are so excited to go out for a walk, or go to the kitchen and get treats. They are just so adorable.

| I kept thinking Bailey would top out around 9 lbs. Then 10. Now he is around 11 lbs and I think that is it. We watch his diet and actually started feeding him "old dog" food even though he is does not fall into the Old nor is he a dog. People keep telling me he IS a dog but they don't know Yorkies fall into a completely different category.... something closer to "kids" (which are neither human or beast) ![]() The reason for the "old dog" food is it is lower in fat and we mix a little of the canned with low-fat dry. We completely stopped feeding him from the table. He was exhibiting symptoms of pancreatitis (throwing up and generally not feeling well) As soon as we stopped the table food the symptoms went away. He eats a super premium canned + dry. So, having given up on the mini version we are more than happy with our 4 year old big guy. Way more to love. ![]() bye all, samc and Bailey |

| Larkin is 7lbs, Diesel is 6lbs, and their baby Lily is 2.7lbs at almost 12 weeks. I'm guessing she will be about the size of Diesel. My two boys in the litter are about a pound heavier so I think they will be the size of their Mama Larkin! When I first received Larkin (as a bday present last year), I was not very happy that she was "big"....she was about 4lbs at 13 weeks. She is now 21 months old and is perfect for us! Diesel was 2lbs when we got him at 9 weeks old, he was about 4.5lbs at 6 months old, and then had another growth spurt before he turned one! Lily (born 10/1/08) is going to be our new addition and we will truly have a Yorkie family! We are excited to see how big she will get and who's coloring she will take!!!!!!!! |

| My Penny is up to 15 lbs now! I love her size-- my fiance and I really like hiking and stuff, and it is great to have a dog who can keep up for miles and miles, and is large enough that we don't need to worry about her becoming too cold when we are at high altitudes and run into snow. ![]() I picked the biggest pup in her litter of rescued babies, and I'm very glad I did-- one of her brothers, who was far smaller, wound up having a shunt. He thankfully improved after surgery to correct it, but it was still sad and stressful for the family that adopted him.

| YT 1000 Club Member | Dante started of at 5.5 ounces at birth and now at 16 months he is 11lbs. Leo was 6.5 ounces at birth and now at 16 months he is 7.2 lbs friday is currently 8 1/2 months and has been at 4lbs since 6 months. If she grows more or doesn't it is fine either way. She is tougher at 4lbs. than Dante is at 11lbs.

| My baby boy is 15lbs already and he won't be one year old until Jan. 27th, 2009. I wouldn't want him to be any smaller, he is just way too cute. |

| Suri will be 6 months old on the 29th of December, this week she weighed in at a amazing 1 pound 14 ounces! We picked the bigger girl out of the litter and she ended up being the smallest. I could have swore she grew, but her weight has only changed ounces. (like 2). When we first got her we estimated her weigh at about 4-4.5 but now I have no clue...but I'm happy she is a healthy little girl

| Twinkle is six months and weighs 8lb. I'm not sure if she'll get any bigger. She has quite a petite frame so she could afford to put on a little more without being fat xx xxx
