| I worked at a vet's office for four years. I'm sure she copied down word for word any conversation that she viewed as arguementative. The vet I worked for used to have a triangle code. One triangle on the right side of the card for an owner that was slightly difficult...up to four triangles for some that refused to pay for services after rendered. I often didn't agree with the reason for the triangle, as I have been on both sides. As a pet owner and forced consumer (no choice but to use a Vet for many things) I have often taken issue with the costs and choices of some items and treatments there. After four years and many experiences, (and I truly enjoyed it, as well as my fellow techs and most of the Vets) I left. I don't use that vet for my dogs. I actually chose one that volunteered his time to get our shelter up and running. He's great, up front, and honest.

| I changed vets because of the woman at the front desk. She had a reputation for being rude before I ever took Lucy to that vet the first time, but I really wanted to use that vet because he's always been here. At first, she was ok, but after a short time I started noticing how she treated everybody. She looked at how people were dressed and whether or not they asked questions. If they weren't up to her "standards" or asked too many questions she was very rude. When she hung up from phone calls she talked about the person who was on the line. I changed vet offices to one that has several vets and a wonderful staff. I've never regretted it.

| YT 2000 Club Member | I am so glad that you decided to chang vets, you are such a nice person and I feel that they treated you wrong. Bay day or not, it was very unprofessional for them. Gabby and you deserve better treatment then what they gave you. I hope that the new vet works out a lot better for you both. Jeter sends his sissy Gabby a big puppy kiss!
