I changed vets because of the woman at the front desk. She had a reputation for being rude before I ever took Lucy to that vet the first time, but I really wanted to use that vet because he's always been here.

At first, she was ok, but after a short time I started noticing how she treated everybody. She looked at how people were dressed and whether or not they asked questions. If they weren't up to her "standards" or asked too many questions she was very rude. When she hung up from phone calls she talked about the person who was on the line.

I changed vet offices to one that has several vets and a wonderful staff. I've never regretted it.
