I would do anything... anything for my Toby and always like to keep a stash in case of any emergency... but find it to be a really big project to pay thousands of dollars. I don't think that makes me a bad owner... that just means I'm a tad lower on the income bracket ...LOL.

What it comes too is as long as YOU feel confident with the people the pup will be going home thats ALL THAT MATTERS, Right??

I have never JUST GIVEN a pup away for free ( Well to my mother ) But even rescues I try to find them great homes b/c you never know. I ask a lot of questions.. But I might as well say CLOSE TO FREE.. But I can say ONE THING, I have never had someone try to get me to lower my price with a rescue.. They were just happy to get a yorkie

yup gotten that call too.. There is just alot of people good & Bad that want yorkies.. Its all in your heart.. Sometimes YOU KNOW, within MINUTES if you will be sending one of your yorkies home with that person..

Honey, that is not bad at all! The little girl who will be flying to me within the next 2 weeks ,I was fortunate enough to buy for 200.00 less than the asking price.The breeder was very kind and took my budget and my 28 year history of yorkies into consideration! I am forever greatful to her!!

And see THAT makes a big difference too...someone who has experience with yorkies I am MUCH more likely to bargain with...

Just wanted to let everyone know that we got our new puppy last weekend. We got a beautiful Maltese from someone right here on the forum! Meglaulanmar has been wonderful. She is so helpful, answering ALL my questions, and her family took very good care of our little put before he joined our family! His name is Bosco!
