On the potty issue, what worked for us is Serious Restrition of Bo's roaming in the house. After I came to my wits end one weekend I spent $60 on a swinging baby gate for my hallway so he can't go into the bedrooms and potty in private. Then I bought 2 2 x 8 lattice strips and cut off his access to my living room and kitchen. He was restricted to the dining room unless we were playing with him. He could still see us so it wasn't so scary for him. I could talk to him from the kitchen as well. He could be in the living room with us as long as we watched him constantly. We were also in and out of the dining room where he was all the time cause that's where the computer is. We could get in and out by stepping over the lattice but he couldn't. My house has VERY wide doorways. It was the only way. We kept a CONSTANT watch on him. If he started to squat, we hustled him outside. He was no longer able to find a hidden spot to potty. After less than 2 weeks I was able to put away the lattice. The gate is still there, hey, I'm no fool! LOL! Anyway, this is what finally made it click in his head. He was almost five months old before he finally came to me and ruffed and huffed to get my attention. I asked if he wanted to go potty and he got all excited and started barking. You coulda knocked me over with a feather. Needless to say, he got lots of love and treats that night. I hope this helps and makes sense. Be consistent, I promise it will get better. Good luck!

and he bites break the skin bites, It's like when the sun goes down a little werewolf emerges because he is priming himself right before he attacks LOL. I know it is kind of like his last effort to play & maybe he feels the harder he bites(without knowing he is hurting you) is his way of saying Im not ready for bed? I still have want your attention when I say ouch & really really did mean it he jumps up in my face and starts to kiss me then he settles down. | |

| I think it is definately a Yorkie thing to turn into a bat or a werewolf. Sometimes when he is really trying to attack something, like the dust buster or hair dryer I swear he looks like a Tazmanian Devil, gnashing his teeth and darting back and forth. It is funny though, and when he is done and turns into an angel again, I thank God that I have him in my life.
