| Nah Nah Nah Nah Here We Go!!! OK Coco Chanel will be 16 weeks old tomorrow so we are ready to start potty training boot camp. I've read all the books and information, gotten advise from any and everybody and no two opinions are the same. So as stressed as I already am...I'm going to try a combination and use common sense. Fingers and toes crossed that she "gets it" quick. Thanks for listening and feel free to comment. Suzy |

| Hi Suzy! My name is Susi too. just spelled slightly different. Good luck! You won't get the exact same advice from everyone because no 2 pups are alike and no 2 homes are run the same way. Go with what works, just remember the basics: patience, persistence, stick to a schedule (or whatever rules you decide are needed) and last, praise praise praise!!!

| Thanks Susi. Now it's coming a storm here. Urgh didn't plan for that. About the time I took her out a big clap of thunder scared her, So she peed and pooed on the carport. I'm ok with that. lol |

| Day 1 went well. (knock on wood) only 2 accidents. She hasn't really figured out how to ring the bell yet, it kind of scares her I think. Day 2 underway. So far so good. |

| Day 2 was rainy and hectic. But Chanel did ok.. Today day 3 was good. First scratch on the door to go out and only 2 accidents, and one of those was on the way out to potty. She is really trying hard. So proud of her so far. |

| Today day 4 was ok. I think taking her to work with me after lunch just confuses her because things are done different there. She has more freedom and has more accidents. But I hate leaving her home all day. I work right next door 30 yds away. Maybe I shouldn't bring her to work until she's trained at home any ideas? I think we wound up with 4 inside potties today but as many or more outside. Seems like my lifestyle is so hectic no 2 days the same. Hope I don't have to take a week off work to train her. Lol just kidding that's not an option at this point. |

| Consistency is the key to a perfectly housetrained yorkie. I wouldn't really take her to work with you yet, except to visit for short periods. I really do believe it will confuse her. She needs to figure out the at-home routine first and be housetrained before she goes to work with you. I housetrain mine with bells, too. I love bells.
