Consistency is the key to a perfectly housetrained yorkie. I wouldn't really take her to work with you yet, except to visit for short periods. I really do believe it will confuse her. She needs to figure out the at-home routine first and be housetrained before she goes to work with you. I housetrain mine with bells, too. I love bells.
