| One of my girls hates to get her feet wet also, she is trained as the other 3 are to use washable pads in the laundry room if the weather is bad.

| When it rains, you'll have to take her out for a walk to go potty. Or use a peepad in the house on rainy days. Most Yorkies don't like to get their feet wet. When you're out with her, she's paying more attention to you than she is her feet, or she thinks bc you're out it's okay with her to be with you, no matter what. Being with you is more important to her than her feet getting wet. I've gone so far as to put an umbrella up in the yard so mine can do their business without getting rained on, lol.

| Mine don't like to get wet either- so we don't go out in the rain- they are pad trained anyway, so I just keep them in the house on days it rains.

Take her out every 2 hours, and when she 'goes potty', praise her and give her a treat (praise like she's never heard before, really get into it). She'll learn it's great to go outside to potty! (may even fake it to get a treat, lol) When she 'gets it', then extend the time to 3 then 4 hours, and so on. And definitely take her out when she first wakes up, after playtime, after a nap, and after mealtimes (twice a day), and just before bedtime.
