 ok this is strange!
my house dosent have a garden only a small paved yard bella goes out fine to the toliet and stuff untill....
its been raining and the ground is wet! she will just not go outside! when i put her out she stands there with one of her front paws up! and just stands there and will not move!
and so i bring her in and she wees in the house! it just really annoys me because i live in the uk and we get alot of rain haha! but when we walk her shes fine in the wet (even tho she does walk a bit slower than when its dry)
im just confused im dunno what to do!
