| ![]() Hi I also need help my yorkie is gunna be 3 months soon && she is such a spoiled little girl. She does not want to pee or poop on her wee pads I don't understand why? She did the first time they were introduced to her && I rewarded her for it but after that she just doesn't seem to want them. She sleeps in my room on her little bed thingy. I put a pad on her fav spot to pee && she will pee on the pad but when she wants to only. When she's out of my room and running arround the house she pees where ever she wants && she pees wayy too much since she drinks a lot of water. My mom is getting annoyed by this pleasee help. ![]() |

| ![]() Hi and welcome to YT! I will mention this, but then go and start a new thread so people will find your question. You need to confine the dog to one area, not the whole house. You need to give the dog food and water 2 - 3 times a day depending on the age. Do not allow the dog to have water all day long if you are potty training. We do not give any water after 7:30pm so that she will either sleep through the night in the crate or at least just get up once. ![]() Really, post your question as a new question under training so that everyone can help you. ![]() |

Hey Love_8, I dont know if any one answered your question but you cant give her that much freedom and such a young age....This is what i did when Junior was 3 months and refused to go on wee wee pads... CRATE is a must.... First thng in the morning when you get up take her out the crate and straight to the pee pee pad( i did outside, it was much easier to train outside) keep them there until they pee... let her play for a bit..closely watchng her and than give her some food and water... after 15 minutes of eating back in the crate.. Keep there for a bit (45 mins) than out and back onthe pee pee pads,, and keep going she will getthe hang of it the older she gets. but being so young she cant run the house or she willkeep peeing everywhere.. GOOD LUCK! PS i got a book at BN.com called 7 days to house break your dog.. it took more than 7 days but 7 days to get in to the routine.. just keep rewarding..My pup is 7 months old and is fully housetrained!! ![]()
