| Bark Stop Professional Has anyone tried this? I ordered one today. These babies are barking at everything here lately, can't hear the TV, talk on the phone, they just go crazy since the weather is colder. WOW they sure can hear everything!!!! Just wandering if anyone else has this problem or has tried a bark controller (not a collar) this mounts on a wall. Paula Halle Brutis |

| All we did was get an empty pop can, put some pebbles or pennies in it and then tape the top up. If Deegan did something that he wasn't supposed to or got too yappy, we'd just give it a light shake and say no in a firm voice. Of course, like always you have to catch him in the act so he knows what he's doing wrong. Works great, but he hates that noise though. Just be careful not to drop it and startle them for no reason... I did that one day accidentally and Deegan flew down the stairs at lightning speed cause he though he was in heck! I felt so bad... poor lil man. Give it a try - good luck.

| I have tried everything on my two yappers, and nothing has worked. Tried the pennies in the can, the water spray bottle, advice from the Dog Whisperer, you name it. They still bark like crazy, especially when someone is at the door. But I've never heard of "Bark Stop". If it works, I'd be very interested in trying it. Please keep us posted.

YT 1000 Club Member | My brother used a small air horn. They would grab it and just the site of it would make those dogs stop. Only problem is once you put the horn up they'd start again. Those dogs go nuts, no one, not even them can come in the door and they bark and bark. Roxie always looks at them like what is your problem lol! I'm lucky that Roxie has a very squeaky bark and it sounds like she's horse. So her barking isn't alarming or annoying. Sad thing is that it's due to a bad case of kennal cough when we first got her. It must have scarred her vocals. The vet can't find any reasons for it. Anyway, you could try a whistle or a small air horn. |

YT 1000 Club Member | He also does have the debark collar. Those dogs aren't dumb because I believe they figured out real quick that they can bark when they are'nt wearing the collar. Not sure if it did anything or not because I never see them wearing them. I'll have to ask him. They still bark lol! Usually it's the one that starts barking and sets the other one off. Their third dog and Roxie just look around trying to figure out what all the commotion is about. |
