Does anyone have any advice for me? I am not made of money and don't appreciate such a company with in my opinion the worst customer service ever having my money with nothing to show for it.

I just want to get the word out on them so that no one else has to go through what in my opinion is completely ridiculous.

BITSY........If you paid by credit card.......call them.......they will remove it off your bill immediately. I always pay by cc or paypal for that very reason.
