I actually would send an email or call and TELL them you are going to tell EVERYONE you know on the net about their service ...and unless they take care of you - you will follow thru with this threat - I would tell them you'll make it your new mission in life ! lol....man - that really rots !
it's wrong of them and they know it....Bad publicity in the small dog shopping world is something they may not want - It may not work - but I would sure try ! |
