There is something to be done about phone harassment. If you call the phone company and the local police they can put a tracer on you phone line and then if threats and harassment are proved they can prosecute. I know this because years ago we went through this at my Beauty Salon. It really was a simple process.

I called the phoen company the other day. My good friends brother has been calling my friend, his mother and his aunt and threatening them. The cops were called, there is NOTHING that can be done. This is straight from the cops mouth! I called the phone company, again, nothing can be done

I am not sure if you read my post but I am MARRIED to a cop so I think that I know what a COP in my STATE will do if I am being harrassed....It is the law that you only have to tell someone once not to call you and if they do, it is harrassment... My brother in law is an attorney so I know the difference between the professions...Let her sue me for slander....I AM NOT INTIMIDATED at all as slander is bs and has to be PROVED untrue....My vet records on Prissy are all the proof that I need... So you are saying that I should keep what I know to be true to myself and risk letting someone from YT buy one of her dogs and possibly suffer great heartache...

Amanda350 - I did not call you. I don't even have your number. I am not a yorkie breeder. Again, I purchased 2 yorkies from Birdhouse Ranch. There is nothing wrong with my opinion either. Like I stated, there are always 2 sides to the story. Your husband being a cop and your brother in law being an attorney don't intimidate me either. I posted a definition of slander and libel to get you to think before you speak. I merely responded to the malicious things that were said on this thread.

I did NOT witness any rats, or harmed or uncared for dogs.
I did witness a lady who cares for her dogs, has all of them vet cared for. I had mine vet checked at her vet before I bought them. There were no issues. My babies are happy and healthy.


As for the warning on the libel. Thats my opinion. You did indeed break the rules posted on the FAQ page as I read them. Do as you please Amanda350, but if someone said something wrong about you I am sure your friends, customers, etc would stand in your corner, too. Just as I am doing for Birdhouse Ranch.

To say there are rats in her home is a falsehood. That makes my point about the libel.

I understand you like to be heard. That's fine. I hear you or I wouldn't respond. I am sure that people will always have differing opinions about things. We differ for sure and you also differ from Birdhouse Ranch. But, calling someone's home rat infested? That's just plain malicious. Not nice for sure and definately uncalled for.

what kind of proof do you all require from Birdhouse Ranch? I'm really confused here. When Amanda bought Prissy aka Bella she knew she'd just had surgery. By no means was she pawned off as an unwanted dog because she'd had surgery. Rather, she was offered for sale to find her a forever home. If Birdhouse Ranch truly were a puppy mill she'd of had her put down and destroyed as she was no longer of breeding use.

THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. Instead this dog was vet cared for and given the chance at her new forever home as Birdhouse Ranch felt Amanda350 was qualified to give her a nice home. She was told it was a dog for her parents. Guess that also was a lie, as Amanda350 turned around and SOLD her again. Talk about poor poor puppy. Gee, this story is horrible so many lies have been told.

Again, I am an owner of 2 Birdhouse Ranch puppies - now adult dogs. I have had no issues, but only GOOD things to report.

You should check with your prosecuting attorney because they caught and prosecuted the ones who did this to me I dont know maybe its different in different states. They came out to my salon the next day and installed a trace device and it recorded the threats. It could have something to do with the fact that all those people are related also IDK.

I know, I used to work for a bill collector, unfortunately here, in my state now( I used to lie in TN by the way), nothing is being done over these phone calls. I'm saying, it's best just to cool down and not worry about this woman and let her get you worked up. And, as I said cops and attorneys are 2 different professions, I have cops in the family and attorneys!

No, it has nothing to do with them being related, they were explaining to my friend how if you state something one way, it's okay and another way it's not. He has threatened, but, they can't(won't) do anything about it. My friend, her mother and aunt all have to take their phones off the hooks too keep him from calling them.

I for one do NOT want you to be quiet on situations like this!
I appreciate good and bad reviews when people have personal experience and knowledge with breeders.
It's so important to educate people on what and what not to look for when searching for a puppy!


This brings me back to when we rescued our Camden from a bad environment and the horrible shape she was in when got her from a breeder. These stories are heart breaking and I know that if my story with Camden gave one person pause before they would buy from where Camden came from, I would consider it a success!

You are getting on my last nerve...This is my last post on this thread....First of all, I wasn't even talking to you or about you when I posted the comment about Police and Attorney's in my family so go back and get your facts straight....Second, just because YOU had a good experience with Lynn does not mean that everyone does and just because YOU didn't see rats in her home does not mean that they weren't there when I was there... If you think that walking around on filthy nasty plywood and having matted urine stained rotten toothed sick animals is considered good breeding, then YOU must be as nasty as she is.... and I know you are the one that called me cause on the phone you brought up YT and Lynn has my number so she gave it to you....The person on the phone was loud and rude and I do not buy for one second that she would call me and not post a comment on YT and since you are the only one on here defending Lynn, then it makes sense that it was you that called....I shared my experiences with Lynn over a yr ago when I rescued a dog from her, READ THE OLD THREAD LADY, it clearly defines what kind of an animal owner she is. Never once did I tell her name until she came on here and tried to discreatly sell her puppies...Then I decided to warn everyone about what I know for a FACT.... Just a thought but..... Yorkshires4Me stated quite clearly that she had purchased her dogs a number of years ago. If she has not bodily been back to the breeders house in all that time then perhaps she wasn't aware of the drastic changes in circumstances for the dogs and is defending someone from that time in her mind and not how it is now. Unless you've physically been there then you'd never know for sure. Can't smell urine or see mats over the phone.

No one likes to believe someone they got their precious babies from would be like that but it happens all the time. Looks good from the front but is hideous from the back.
