| Here are the pics of the mom & dad, and mom and the pups. We noticed at 4:30 this morning she was in labor, by that time she had 2 and we were able to see the other 2 born. 3 are 4 1/2 oz and the other one is 3 1/2 oz. Mom is doing wonderful. Going to the store to get the stuff to make her whelping pudding. |

| Congrats on the puppy and on mommy doing such a great job. Im so glad every thing went well. I have a question on the chicken noodle soup, Are you talking about reg can of chicken noodle soup? just wondering because we have never used that and wondered if that is to salty for them. | I do believe thats everyone is refering too, and I thought the same thing. So I myself gave Lilly some gerber chicken in chicken broth baby food. It's all natuaral, and she gobbled it up. It's mainly just to offer them something light & easily digestible since they haven't eaten properly for quite a few hours prior to whelping. Kind of luck us humans, when we've had surgery & can only eat soup & jello for the first meal or two. |

Of course, this is just my opinion and experience--it differs from breeder to breeder and vet to vet. They will be able to advise you on what they feel is the best course of action. | |
