| This also happened to my friend in NJ who was selling her home (by owner). The person was being transfered to NJ from out of the country, and he wanted the bank info to transfer the Earnest $$ etc. Once my friend and her hubby started questioning the guy he never responded back...There are so many out there..too bad...
