| I don't understand why animal cops in Huston can't do nothing about it

| I completely agree with you. He sounds like a puppy mill & backyard breeder too. The puppies are cute but they do not look that great of a quality to me. Too big ears, small eyes...bad colors... Why someone would buy from him when there are so many reputable show breeders to buy quality puppies??? Quote:

Reputable breeders do not sell teacups and are honest about size and have more requirements to who they sell their puppies too with usually a spade/neuter contract, also they are more likely to have waiting lists.... Unfortunately it can be quicker and easier to buy one of his "teacups" Its just too bad that the end results too many times in buying one of his puppies turns out so awful. | |

| this is definatley a PUPPY MILL. i would contact the local paper or animal control office for that area and report this. i don't know tx law but here in va, you cannot have more than 4 animals in a household. there are puppymills getting raided all of the time. please report this. those poor dogs do not deserve this. and jeff dane needs to be put away.

| Villette, since you've been around here (YT) awhile and have probably read most posts about him....has anyone ever taken him to court? Has the SPCA ever done anything? I googled, but it doesn't give much info. I'm just surprised after all this time, that he can still be in business if there are so many complaints against him. Wish something could be done.

| I dont know if each city has its own different laws on animals there is no set number that one can have. When i had to report animal abuse I asked animal control what was the limit a household can have and he responded as many as you can take care of in good conditions. Its also listed on our city website that here in Killeen we have no oridinance on the number of dogs but then we have an overcrowded animal population and they wonder why. |

| Lil Joe looked healthy on the site. So did buttons. His wife's yorkies Hot Pocket and Candy Doll seem to be care nicely for. I think they are cute but I bet he didnt get them from the same place he gets the dogs he sells on his site. |

My furkids Donating Member | Someone here mentioned Houston Animal Cops...(I watch animal planet as well) Does anyone know if they have been contacted about this DIRT BAG! Maybe this is why they have never been out there...it seems to me is SPCA has been out there they wouldn't stand for unhealthy conditions and stacked crates...Someone in Texas should give them jingle...put a bug in their ear...They say on tv that if they get a complaint they have to go check it out....worth a try!

| In what part of Texas is this guy? I'd be willing to do a little investigating (with hidden camera). I know too many people here in the Gulf Coast area who would just LOVE to get up in someone's s&*t for crap like this. Let him sue me, I know plenty of good attorneys too. No-one in any state should be allowed to do the things you guys have mentioned. The worst part is though, people are still buying from him The only way to stop it is to educate the buyers. |

| Well "V" said she hated him before she joined YT (2004 I think) then with all the complaints and he's still in business, it looks hopeless. So sadly it doesn't look like anything can EVER be done about him and it makes me sick to my stomach, those dogs on his site don't look good at all. I did notice he had another link on his site and those dogs look horrible too.
