I dont understand either, but I think part of the problem is so many want a "teacup yorkie" which he claims to sell.
He gives people the instant puppy and makes false claims about size, health and will sell to anyone......
Reputable breeders do not sell teacups and are honest about size and have more requirements to who they sell their puppies too with usually a spade/neuter contract, also they are more likely to have waiting lists....
Unfortunately it can be quicker and easier to buy one of his "teacups"
Its just too bad that the end results too many times in buying one of his puppies turns out so awful.
