Someone here mentioned Houston Animal Cops...(I watch animal planet as well) Does anyone know if they have been contacted about this DIRT BAG! Maybe this is why they have never been out there...it seems to me is SPCA has been out there they wouldn't stand for unhealthy conditions and stacked crates...Someone in Texas should give them jingle...put a bug in their ear...They say on tv that if they get a complaint they have to go check it out....worth a try!
