Flying cargo I understand 100% if the puppies were stressed or scared but being held, cuddled, and loved by a nanny during the flight should not cause a sound puppy to be stressed. When not being held they should be in the crate again this shouldn't stress them the breeder should've by the time a puppy is to ship out gotten them use to a crate.

There are flight attendants that won't let you take the pups out and are strick to the rules. Planes are loud and I still believe it would be normal for a little stress on them without meaning there was the wrong breeding of temperaments. I don't think it would be the crate that would stress them I think it would be the loud noises and what going up and down does to your ears. I'm not sure why you want to fight on this. My opinion isn't going to change and I never said that flying was bad for puppies all I was saying is it would be normal for your average pup to feel a little stressed.

I've shipped Yorkies, adult and older puppies all over the world without harm to them. I've had some interesting and frustrating scenarios at the airport and with customs, but nothing of great consequence to the dogs. One I have to chuckle about was a couple of years ago with an adult dog coming from Lithuania, via Latvia, to Boston. We had to overcome complications with Customs and I knew he had to be very hungry, so ASAP I took him to McDonald's and bought him a hambuger. He looks at me as if I walk on water ever since!

I think weather or not dogs are allowed in hospitals, school, etc depends on the state law. I see that everyone in this conversation are in different states. Here in Texas, yes they are allowed however business owners have the final say so. I take my Tessa everywhere even in eating areas, of course she is small and in her purse bag, so I doubt many people even notice plus she's use to it and doesn't bark or make noise. I don't like leaving her by herself.

I believe every where in the US it illegal for dogs to be in stores that sell food like the grocery store it's actually something that could get them closed down by the health department. Hospitals allow service dogs and therapy dogs but they are not supposed to allow just regular pet dogs.

You are correct. I have sold dogs to doctors who own their own private practices and they take their little dogs into work with them everyday they're practically the office mascots they have their own little area in their owners office and they have a second area usually behind the front desks the dogs love it and the patients love it. As for stores in California there are a ton of dog friendly stores and restaurants. I just took one of my puppies from my current litter to the butchers today to pick up raw food for them. Didn't have any problems they loved him and was really curious about how raw feeding a litter was going if I noticed any negatives with choosing raw and were shocked how big the puppy was.

Doctors office is a bit different then a hospital. The butcher could actually get fined if the health department found out. Ehhh raw feeding to dangerous for me, I'm a certified vet assistant and we learned about raw feeding and in my opinion it's just not safe specifically if your pups are going to hospitals!

Then that's a you problem because raw feeding is way healthier and more natural than any dog food out there. I don't trust most vets or vet assistants views on raw vs. dog food most are taught to push dog food because most clinics are sponsored by dog food companies plus feeding dog food makes sure dogs are having to go to the vet which keeps money in their pockets. Luckily my vet is a small independent vet and he backs my raw feeding 100% he's noticed the difference in my dogs and puppies. My dogs are all healthy I even raw feed pregnant moms and their puppies come out amazing meaning good coats, healthy weights, all are born screaming and moving. I've not had a single problem since my dogs have switched to raw if anything they are all 10x healthier. Feeding dog food is dangerous to me.

It's all opinions on raw none of it has been proven! You can disagree with science which is what we learn. We certainly are not taught to push food and you saying that is false. Clinics are not sponsored by pet food companies and I'm not sure where you got that info but it is 100% false! Dog food dosent make dogs just have to go to the vet infact raw would make my one girl so sick she would constantly at the vet. I'm not sure we're you get your information from but most of it is false.

The difference has been proven there are so many groups and people out there that have made videos showing the changes their dogs went through while eating raw and it's amazing. Science HA you want to talk science there is only a 0.2% difference between a wolf and a dog that is not much of a difference I don't see wolves and dogs in the wild eating anything that resemble dog food. There is absolutely nothing natural about feeding little pellets of food even the so called natural food there is nothing right about taking meat and vegetables and baking and cooking them down until they are in little pellet forms. My dogs now turn their noses up to dog food they would rather starve then eat that junk now. Sure vets are not taught to push dog food and sponsored so with all their supposed knowledge on nutrition they just choose to push and sell that junk science diet which isn't worth the bag it comes in. Sorry to say it but I have seen a lot of people taking their dogs to the vet for problems that can easily be solved by switching to a raw diet. If your dog got sick on a raw diet you were probably at fault and not doing it right plain and simple don't blame the raw for user error. Join a raw group on FB or a raw forum and you can learn all the benefits on raw feeding and the proper ways to do it.

Vets don't push dog food they sell and if you find one that does it's a bad vet unless of course they are doing it for a heath issue. Raw dosent fix allergies I know 3 people on this bored who feed it and their dogs still have bad allergies because food can't simply fix something that is in the environment. Wolves and dogs are very different and yorkies are even more different. I had tried freeze dried raw and my older girl has IBD which can not be fixed by raw she has to be on a special diet Royal Canin Hypoallergenic small breed that has a man made protein in it because she is allergic to most real ones. She has no choice but to be on her prescription food and my vet didn't push it. When she was diagnosed my vet said this is the issue and we have these foods that can help and told me about each one and let me make my decision. Some medical conditions require prescription food. So it wasn't the raw, your dog is sick there's something wrong with her personally so you can't blame the raw for that. The grand parent to one one Rottweilers is raw fed has been raw fed since a puppy and she is turning 17 this year and she still gets out on her land and herds cattle. Me personally I switched because one of my toy poodles couldn't keep weight on and she was so picky about her food I started her on raw she took to it immediately started gaining weight and her hair texture changed and she now has the nicest poodle coat and 1 of my Rottweilers his eye would ooze this green gunk took him to the vet they wanted to put him on antibiotics I decided to switch him to raw before giving him any medicine to see if the problem would go away a week on raw his eyes cleared, his coat is the best I've seen it and I haven't had that problem since. My dogs are extremely healthy they visit the vet now every 3 years for rabies because I'm required by my license for them to have it but other than that and taking my pregnant girls in to get x-rays close to their due dates, and the occasional emergency they don't go to the vets. My puppies from my litter go to the vet once and that is before they leave to get a check up and a full exam.

I am just saying raw is not the answer for all. All dogs really should go to the vet for a yearly check up and blood work. I'm guessing your against vaccinating too?
