Again not saying they are a bad breeder just stating if weak temperaments is a common thing something in the equation needs to change or be evaluated. Flying cargo I understand 100% if the puppies were stressed or scared but being held, cuddled, and loved by a nanny during the flight should not cause a sound puppy to be stressed. When not being held they should be in the crate again this shouldn't stress them the breeder should've by the time a puppy is to ship out gotten them use to a crate.
